Hi, I’m Jinney.

I learned early that reading a room wasn't optional. It was how you figured out where you stood and what was actually being said underneath what was being said. That instinct never left. It just found better problems to work on.

I started my career designing physical spaces for luxury hospitality brands. Hotels, restaurants, resorts. The kind of environments where everything is intentional and nothing is accidental. What I learned there wasn't about aesthetics. It was about systems. The invisible decisions that determine whether an experience holds together or quietly falls apart. The gap between what a brand says it is and how it actually feels to be inside it.

That gap is what I've been working in ever since.

What I've learned across industries is that the gap is rarely about execution. It's about coherence. A brand can have the right strategy, the right product, the right instincts, and still lose itself in the translation between what leadership intends and what actually reaches the customer. That translation layer is where I work. Reading what's actually happening culturally inside a category, diagnosing where the internal systems have drifted from the brand's original logic, and building the infrastructure to close the distance.

I work best when the question is genuinely open. Early-stage chaos, a pivot that's exposed something structural, a brand that's scaled faster than its identity could keep up with. I'm not the person you bring in to maintain what's already working. I'm the person you bring in when you're not sure what's working, or when what worked before has stopped.

I believe operations should have soul. Not just the brand that goes out into the world but the systems underneath it. How a team communicates, how decisions get made, how knowledge moves through an organization. That should all speak the same language as what the company says it stands for.
